Yum Neua (Thai Grilled Sirloin Steak Salad)

- 3 tablespoon Green Onion - green parts only
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
- 0.25 cup Fresh Mint
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 cup Mixed Greens
- 4 ounce Sirloin Steak
- Preheat grill. Meanwhile rub steak with fish sauce and let marinade for 5 minutes.
- Grill until desired doneness and allow to sit 3 minutes. Place mixed greens in a salad bowl. Slice and place strips in a salad bowl with green onion, cilantro, and mint. Drizzle with additional fish sauce and lime juice.
