INGREDIENTS
 
  • 0.5 small Cucumber - deseeded
  • 0.75 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Mint - minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill - minced
  • 1.5 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make the tzatziki, finely chop cucumber and squeeze with a paper towel or clean rag to remove some of the liquid. Add to a medium mixing bowl with yogurt. Mix in mint, dill, lemon, salt, and pepper thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
NOTES
We recommend using Green Valley lactose free yogurt or our 24 hour homemade yogurt.
