INGREDIENTS
- 0.5 small Cucumber - deseeded
- 0.75 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Mint - minced
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill - minced
- 1.5 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the tzatziki, finely chop cucumber and squeeze with a paper towel or clean rag to remove some of the liquid. Add to a medium mixing bowl with yogurt. Mix in mint, dill, lemon, salt, and pepper thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
NOTES
We recommend using Green Valley lactose free yogurt or our 24 hour homemade yogurt.
