INGREDIENTS
 
  • 1 kilogram Heirloom Tomato
  • 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 handful Fresh Basil - washed and leaves picked
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • Greens - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Slice the heirloom tomatoes and scatter over a large serving plate.
  • Place the olive oil and basil in a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Just before serving, drizzle the basil dressing over the tomatoes and sprinkle with extra salt and pepper. Decorate with micro herbs/micro greens if using.
