Tomato Salad With Basil Dressing

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilogram Heirloom Tomato
- 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 0.5 handful Fresh Basil - washed and leaves picked
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- Greens - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the heirloom tomatoes and scatter over a large serving plate.
- Place the olive oil and basil in a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Just before serving, drizzle the basil dressing over the tomatoes and sprinkle with extra salt and pepper. Decorate with micro herbs/micro greens if using.
