Salt And Vinegar Smashed Sardines

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Sardines in Oil - 4 oz can,line caught, in 100% olive oil or spring water
- 1.5 teaspoon White Vinegar
- 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain the oil from the sardines and place in a bowl. Add the vinegar, salt, and pepper. Lightly mash with a fork to combine.
- Serve with vegetable sticks or on rice crackers. Best eaten immediately.
