Salmon Tartare

INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounce Smoked Salmon - free from sugar
- 0.25 English Cucumber - thinly sliced
- 2 Green Onion - chopped (green parts only)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon Fresh Dill - chopped finely
- 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 0.25 Avocado - thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the tartar, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, except the avocado.
- Place the sliced avocado on a plate. Place the tartare ingredients on top and serve immediately.
NOTES
this pairs well with our French-Style Salad.
