- 1 package Brown Rice Wraps - (tortillas)
- 10 ounce Smoked Salmon
- 0.5 ounce Fresh Dill
- 1 Lemon - juiced
- 0.5 Avocado
- For the filling…, cut the avocado into thin, even slices, and mince the fresh dill.
- Divide the avocado among 4 tortillas, laying down a single layer on each strip (leave 1-2” free of filling around the edges of the tortilla).
- Sprinkle lemon juice on top, and.layer the slices of smoked salmon evenly.
We recommend using cured salmon that doesn’t have any sugar in the ingredients.
