Korean Style Daikon

INGREDIENTS
- 1 small Daikon Radish - peeled (about 1 ½- 2 cups chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoon Tamari
- 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoon Mirin
- 0.5 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Minced Ginger - peeled
- 0.5 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Green Onion - chopped,green part only
INSTRUCTIONS
- To prepare the daikon, chop the daikon into 1x1 inch pieces. Heat a medium sized skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in the daikon and all the remaining ingredients, except green onion.
- Let the water cook off, and stir until sauce is thick and daikon is tender. Garnish with chopped green onion.
NOTES
We recommend using Thai Kitchen brand gluten free tamari.
