INGREDIENTS
 
  • 2 piece Salmon - 4 oz
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 Lemon - juiced
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Blend together chimichurri ingredients in a food processor or blender and set aside.
  • Remove any bones from salmon, and heat a medium or small skillet on medium with coconut oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and place skin side down on the skillet to let cook for about 4 minutes. Flip to the other side, and let the salmon cook for 2-3 minutes, and then remove from pan. Serve with chimichurri sauce.
