INGREDIENTS
- 2 Lime - juiced
- 1 tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
- 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro
- 3 tablespoon Green Onion - chopped, green part only
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Dried Mint - leaves
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the sauce, place all ingredients into a food processor and process until desired texture. Serve with grilled lamb or beef.
