- 1 pound Green Beans - trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
- 0.5 Lemon - sliced
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- To make the beans, dice green beans into 1 inch pieces and toss with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment pepper and lay out green beans evenly. Lay thinly sliced pieces of lemon on top. Place in oven and roast for 10-15 minutes until tender but not mushy.
We recommend using organic lemon for the zest.
