INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Lemon - juiced
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley - minced
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the sauce, heat a small sauce pan to medium high and combine coconut oil, olive oil, lemon juice, and capers. Stir for about 5 minutes while simmering, and increase heat to high.
- Once reduced to a thicker sauce, add minced parsley and turn off heat. Serve with chicken or fish.
