  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 strip Bacon
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 Green Onion - sliced (green parts only)
  • 2 ounce Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Grease a round quiche dish with coconut oil.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook through. Set aside.
  • Reserve a few pieces of bacon for garnishment.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs until combined.
  • Add in the almond milk and mix to combine. Add in the bacon, green onions, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Carefully pour into the quiche dish. Top with the remaining bacon pieces. Carefully place the dish in the oven.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until the quiche is cooked through and golden on top. Remove from the oven.
  • The quiche can be eaten hot or cold.
Make sure the bacon is free of celery juice, celery powder and sweeteners. Plain unsweetened almond milk is a low fodmap choice as well.
