GutRx Creamy Cilantro-Lime Dressing

- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro - stems (loosely packed, removed and roughly chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice - (about 1/2 lime, more to taste)
- 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 0.5 cup Coconut Milk - canned, no gums added
- 4 tablespoon Garlic Chives
- To make the dressing, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).
We recommend Native Forest canned full fat coconut milk for this recipe.
