- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 head Boston (Butter) Lettuce - leaves separated and washed
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, with a pinch of salt, and pepper together. Taste to check seasoning.
- Toss in the lettuce, coating well with the dressing. Serve immediately.
