Coconut Pineapple Peanut Lime Dressing And Marinade

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce - (or wheat free tamari for vegetarian)
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 0.13 cup Pineapple
- 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoon Garlic Chives
- 0.5 cup Coconut Milk - canned, no gums added
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the marinade/dressing, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).
NOTES
We recommend Native Forest canned full fat coconut milk for this recipe.
