INGREDIENTS
- 3 cup Cauliflower Florettes
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until soft. Drain the water, then place in a high-powered blender. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
