GutRx Pan Fried Salmon With Chimichurri

INGREDIENTS
- 2 piece Salmon - 4 oz
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 2 Lemon - juiced
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
- 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend together chimichurri ingredients in a food processor or blender and set aside.
- Remove any bones from salmon, and heat a medium or small skillet on medium with coconut oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and place skin side down on the skillet to let cook for about 4 minutes. Flip to the other side, and let the salmon cook for 2-3 minutes, and then remove from pan. Serve with chimichurri sauce.
