INGREDIENTS
- 0.5 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Lemon - juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Lemon Peel - chopped preserved
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt - optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the marinade, mix together all the ingredients. Marinate your salmon for at least one hour.
NOTES
We recommend using Native Forest brand unsweetened, no thickeners coconut milk.
