Blueberry Vanilla Spice Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 0.5 medium Banana - ripe
- 10 Blueberries - fresh
- 0.5 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Cacao Powder - raw
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds - butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 0.5 cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add ice and milk to blender first, then remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
NOTES
Garnishments - try 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds or crushed walnuts or 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to make this smoothie sweeter.
Replace almond milk, with canned coconut milk, lactaid dairy milk or another low FODMAP milk of your choice.
