Tropical Macadamia Nut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- ⅓ cup Macadamia Nuts - (soak for 30 minutes, rinse, and discard liquid)
- 2 scoop Protein Powder
- ⅓ Banana - frozen
- ½ Papaya
- 1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
- ⅛ cup Coconut Milk - canned
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 cup Water
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the smoothie, place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. *This is a great smoothie to add along side a quick breakfast. For example: pair with frittata muffins.
