Tomato Pesto Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 14 ounce Canned Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes - muir glen fire roasted tomatoes (drain some liquid)
- 0.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 cup Fresh Basil
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Pine Nuts - roasted
- 6 teaspoon Garlic Chives
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the sauce, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).
NOTES
We recommend Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes for this recipe.
