Red Cabbage Slaw

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cup Red Cabbage - finely shredded
- 4 sprig Onion - green part only, thinly sliced
- 1 handful Fresh Parsley - finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the cabbage, spring onions/scallions, and parsley in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and white wine vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly before serving.
