Lemon Herb Dressing

INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 cup Fresh Basil
- 1 Lemon - juiced
- 1 teaspoon Champagne Vinegar
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Chili - flakes
- 0.5 cup Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make dressing, process lemon zest, herbs, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper (chili flakes if desired) in a food processor. Once combined, turn food processor on low and slowly add oil to emulsify.
NOTES
you may interchange any of the following for the 1 cup fresh herbs: basil, tarragon, parsley, cilantro, etc.
