INGREDIENTS
- 0.25 cup Hummus
- 10 Rice Crackers - plain
- 4 ounce Smoked Salmon - sliced
- 0.5 tablespoon Capers
- 0.25 teaspoon Fresh Dill - dried
- 3 Green Onion - chopped (green parts only)
- 1 Lemon - wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
- Choose ¼ cup of your favorite GOLO Gurus hummus recipe (we recommend the Living Free Hummus) and top your rice crackers with a smear of hummus, slice of salmon and garnish with capers, dill, green onions and a squeeze of lemon.
