INGREDIENTS
- 0.5 cup Fresh Cilantro
- 0.5 Fresh Chives
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint
- 1 Lime - juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 cup Champagne Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the herb vinegar, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and liquefy. Serve with fish, beef, or vegetables.
