GutRx Tarragon Infused Vinegar

INGREDIENTS
- 10.5 ounce Fresh Tarragon
- 1.5 cup Champagne Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the vinegar, rinse tarragon, and place into a medium sized mason jar, or any heat friendly container.
- Heat vinegar in a small sauce pan on high heat. Once slightly bubbling, pour over the tarragon and keep in the fridge for one week. After a week, remove the tarragon sprigs, and enjoy as an addition to salad dressings and fish marinades.
