INGREDIENTS
- 1 Spaghetti Squash - cut in half lengthwise and seeded
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Invert the squash onto a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 30-50 minutes, depending on the size of the squash, until fork tender. Remove from oven and allow to cool until cold enough to handle. Using a fork scrape the noodle flesh out and store in a glass container until needed.
