INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds - hulled
- 3 tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 piece Salmon - medium
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix equal parts black sesame seeds to white sesame seeds in a shallow bowl. Season salmon with salt, coat in sesame seed mixture, and set aside. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the coconut oil and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side, until flaky and tender.
