INGREDIENTS
- 14 ounce Coconut Milk - canned – unsweetened, no gums
- 0.25 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 Lime
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce - mclhenny brand
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Garlic Chives
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the dressing, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).
NOTES
We recommend Native Forest canned full fat coconut milk for this recipe.
