INGREDIENTS
 
  • 4 cup Arugula - fresh
  • cup Fresh Chives - green parts only
  • 1 Lemon - juiced
  • 3 tablespoon Pine Nuts
  • ½ cup Olive Oil - + 1 tablespoon
  • teaspoon Sea Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make the pesto, blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender until desired consistency.
