INGREDIENTS
- 4 cup Arugula - fresh
- ⅓ cup Fresh Chives - green parts only
- 1 Lemon - juiced
- 3 tablespoon Pine Nuts
- ½ cup Olive Oil - + 1 tablespoon
- ⅛ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the pesto, blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender until desired consistency.
