Crunchy Lemon Broccoli

INGREDIENTS
- 2 head Broccoli
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Pepper - freshly cracked
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Chop broccoli heads into even, bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil, and lay down on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Roast for 5-6 minutes, and toss again half way through. The broccoli should be roasted, but still slightly crunchy.
- Squeeze lemon over broccoli before serving.
NOTES
½ cup broccoli is low FODMAP.
