Pan-fried Chard Stems

INGREDIENTS
- 2 head Swiss Chard - stems of 2 heads of swiss chard
- 2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Chives - finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the pan-fried chard, finely chop the stems of the Swiss chard, discarding any damaged ends.
- Heat a medium sized skillet on high with toasted sesame oil and salt. Add chopped stems, and stir constantly until slightly tender. Add chopped chives and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve as a side.
