INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Tamari - wheat free
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
- 1 Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the vinaigrette, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).
