GutRx Sauteed Kale

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunch Kale
  • 1 cup Bone Broth
  • 0.13 Salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean kale thoroughly, and heat bone broth and salt in a large skillet on high heat. Add kale and saute until kale is wilted but still green.

Notes

We recommend using homemade bone broth that is free of an high fodmap ingredient, such as garlic or onions.
