Blueberry Vanilla Spice Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 medium Banana - ripe
  • 10 Blueberries - fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Cacao Powder - raw
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds - butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 0.5 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add ice and milk to blender first, then remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Garnishments - try 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds or crushed walnuts or 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to make this smoothie sweeter.
Replace almond milk, with canned coconut milk, lactaid dairy milk or another low FODMAP milk of your choice.
