Grease a loaf pan with butter or oil and set aside.
Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the dry ingredients and then add these to the wet ingredients and the stir until just combined.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool completely (usually around 2 hours) before storing covered in the refrigerator.
