Sardines in Oil

4 oz can,line caught, in 100% olive oil or spring water
1.5
teaspoon
White Vinegar
0.13
teaspoon
Sea Salt
0.13
teaspoon
Freshly Ground Pepper
Instructions
Drain the oil from the sardines and place in a bowl. Add the vinegar, salt, and pepper. Lightly mash with a fork to combine.
Serve with vegetable sticks or on rice crackers. Best eaten immediately.
