Lox Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Brown Rice Wraps - (tortillas)
  • 10 ounce Smoked Salmon
  • 0.5 ounce Fresh Dill
  • 1 Lemon - juiced
  • 0.5 Avocado

Instructions
 

  • For the filling…, cut the avocado into thin, even slices, and mince the fresh dill.
  • Divide the avocado among 4 tortillas, laying down a single layer on each strip (leave 1-2” free of filling around the edges of the tortilla).
  • Sprinkle lemon juice on top, and.layer the slices of smoked salmon evenly.

Notes

We recommend using cured salmon that doesn’t have any sugar in the ingredients.
