Place the ginger, turmeric, green onions, chili pepper, lemongrass, lime, coconut oil, and salt in a blender and blend until liquefied.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
Heat the oven to 350ºF. Place the drumsticks in a roasting pan and place in the oven to cook for 45 minutes or until cooked through, to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Remove and serve while warm, or they can be taken cold to a picnic.
