GutRx Maple Mustard Glazed Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup Grainy Mustard
  • 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 6 ounce Salmon Fillet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine mustard, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and coconut oil in a small mixing bowl, and marinate fish for 1 hour. Heat a medium sized skillet on medium high, and pan fry fish for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a small baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.

Notes

We recommend Beaufor brand whole grain mustard, or any brand without added sugars, garlic, or flavorings.
