GutRx Lemon Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Green Beans - trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.5 Lemon - sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • To make the beans, dice green beans into 1 inch pieces and toss with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment pepper and lay out green beans evenly. Lay thinly sliced pieces of lemon on top. Place in oven and roast for 10-15 minutes until tender but not mushy.

Notes

We recommend using organic lemon for the zest.
