French-Style Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 head Boston (Butter) Lettuce - leaves separated and washed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, with a pinch of salt, and pepper together. Taste to check seasoning.
  • Toss in the lettuce, coating well with the dressing. Serve immediately.
