Coconut Pineapple Peanut Lime Dressing And Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce - (or wheat free tamari for vegetarian)
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 0.13 cup Pineapple
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic Chives
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Milk - canned, no gums added

Instructions
 

  • To make the marinade/dressing, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).

Notes

We recommend Native Forest canned full fat coconut milk for this recipe.
