Coconut Lemon Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Lemon - juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lemon Peel - chopped preserved
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt - optional

Instructions
 

  • To make the marinade, mix together all the ingredients. Marinate your salmon for at least one hour.

Notes

We recommend using Native Forest brand unsweetened, no thickeners coconut milk.
