Tomato Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounce Canned Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes - muir glen fire roasted tomatoes (drain some liquid)
  • 0.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 cup Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Pine Nuts - roasted
  • 6 teaspoon Garlic Chives

Instructions
 

  • To make the sauce, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).

Notes

We recommend Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes for this recipe.
