Smoked Trout Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 Whole Trout - smoked,skin and bones removed
  • 1 Avocado - ripe
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 Lemon - zest and juice
  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. If your dip is too dry, add some extra olive oil. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • The dip can be eaten immediately, or if you’re making it in advance, place plastic wrap over the surface of the dip to help prevent it turning brown. Serve with vegetable sticks.
