Salmon Tartare

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounce Smoked Salmon - free from sugar
  • 0.25 English Cucumber - thinly sliced
  • 2 Green Onion - chopped (green parts only)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh Dill - chopped finely
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.25 Avocado - thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • To make the tartar, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, except the avocado.
  • Place the sliced avocado on a plate. Place the tartare ingredients on top and serve immediately.
