Roasted Cherry Tomatoes With Olives

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Cherry Tomato
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives - black,pitted
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a large bowl, toss together whole rinsed cherry tomatoes, and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the cherry mixture onto a baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes until softened. Set aside and let cool. Season with more salt and pepper if necessary.

Notes

You can also use grape tomatoes in place of the cherry tomatoes in this recipe.
